35 minutes. No script. The first chapter of a story we're just getting started telling.

About the Show

Real deals.
Real dollars.
Real pressure.

Hundreds of thousands of people are flocking to Las Vegas — not to beat the house, but to buy a house and start a new dream life off the strip. Josh Galindo and his wife Krystal are making those dreams come true while raising four kids, scaling a powerhouse real-estate company, and giving back to a city they refuse to take for granted.

The JG Project isn't another real-estate show. It's a window into what it actually takes to build a legacy in one of the most competitive markets in the country — without sanitizing any of it.

🏡 The Deals

Walk-throughs, negotiations, closings — the real numbers behind eight-figure pipelines.

🔥 The Office

Unfiltered leadership moments inside one of Vegas's fastest-growing real-estate teams.

💭 The Mindset

The mentorship, the discipline, and the philosophy that drives Josh to keep leveling up.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The Family

Krystal and four kids. The chaos, the love, the balance most entrepreneurs get wrong.

The Story So Far

A life shaped by
everything most people
spend a lifetime hiding.

01

Kidnapped at 16. Saved by it.

At 14, Josh was running with the wrong crowd. Two years later his mother made a decision: she paid two men to take him from his bed in the middle of the night, drive him into Mexico, and hand him over to a lockdown school — part rehab, part boot camp, part boarding school, all behind 18-foot doors.

"Looking back, with tremendous, tremendous gratitude — it worked."

He learned three things he uses every day: finish what you start. Live with discipline. Be of service to the people around you. Twenty years later that 16-year-old built what he calls his personal empire.

02

The dad who left when he was one.

Josh's father walked out when he was a year old. As a teenager, his sister tracked the man down. They knocked on his door. The woman who answered told them "I know who you are. Don't ever come back here again" — and shut it.

Twenty-something years later Josh's dad still lives in Las Vegas. Same streets. Same billboards. Same Lamborghini and Range Rover passing him by.

"It'll be an opportunity for me to be the dad that I never had — for him."
03

Krystal, four kids, and the morning rush.

Backpacks. Lunch boxes. Coffee runs. A 7-year-old who already has a girlfriend and is mortified that his dad wants to talk about it. The pilot pulls back the curtain on what most "millionaire real-estate" shows skip past — what it actually looks like when you're trying to be a present father, a present husband, AND running an eight-figure operation.

"He missed out on Josh, and he's missing out on my kids. Sucks to suck." — Krystal, on Josh's dad
04

The empire — and what he does with it.

Yes, the cars. The houses. The team. The money. "I know what this looks like. Looks like I'm a typical arrogant prick running around driving a Lamborghini, playing in my Range Rover, flipping houses. But trust me, I've earned every bit of this."

What the pilot also shows: Josh sitting outside the same coffee shop every morning checking on Carl, a homeless friend he's quietly been trying to get back to his sister in Seattle. Buying him a plane ticket. Driving him there himself if needed. "I'm a risk-taker on people."

05

This is just chapter one.

The pilot is 35 minutes. The actual story stretches across decades, four kids, a marriage, a real-estate empire, and a city Josh refuses to let pass him by. We're shooting more. This is where it starts.
